You acknowledge and agree that: • AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, offensive, or inappropriate. • AI responses are generated automatically and may not reflect human review. • The Services are intended as assistive tools only. • You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated outputs before relying on or publishing them. The Services must not be relied upon for: legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, emergency services, safety-critical systems, or regulatory compliance decisions. AInswer does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content.
You agree that you will: • Provide accurate account information • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials • Use the Services lawfully • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Obtain all necessary permissions and consents for uploaded data You remain fully responsible for your website content, uploaded files and knowledge bases, customer interactions, AI-generated content published by you, and communications sent using the Services.
You must not use the Services to: • Violate laws or regulations • Generate spam or unsolicited communications • Engage in fraud or phishing • Distribute malware or harmful code • Harass, abuse, or threaten others • Generate unlawful or defamatory material • Infringe intellectual property rights • Create deceptive AI impersonations • Process unlawful personal data • Conduct high-risk automated decision-making without human oversight We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited activities.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised access or security breach. We may suspend or terminate accounts where security risks exist, abuse is detected, payments fail, or these Terms are violated.
8.1 Subscription Services Certain features require paid subscriptions. Pricing is displayed on the website and may change at any time. 8.2 Billing By subscribing, you authorise recurring billing using your selected payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. 8.3 Trials Free trials may convert automatically into paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. 8.4 Failed Payments We may suspend or restrict access for failed or overdue payments. 8.5 Refunds Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable and partial billing periods are not refunded.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services. You may not reverse engineer the Services, copy platform code, resell the Services without permission, or remove copyright notices.
You retain ownership of your uploaded content ("Customer Content"). You grant AInswer a limited licence to host, process, transmit, store, and analyse Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Services. You confirm that you own or have rights to the content, and that processing the content does not violate laws or third-party rights.
You acknowledge that the Services may process personal data and customer communications. You are the data controller for customer data you upload or process through the Services. AInswer acts as a data processor where applicable. You are responsible for obtaining lawful consent, providing required privacy notices, and complying with GDPR and other privacy laws.
We aim to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee continuous availability, uninterrupted uptime, or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance and outages may occur.
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organisational security measures. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge the inherent risks associated with cloud systems, AI technologies, and internet communications.
Both parties agree to protect confidential information and not disclose it except with consent, where required by law, or to professional advisers under confidentiality obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AInswer shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of business, data loss, reputation damage, AI inaccuracies, or service interruptions. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you during the previous 12 months. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Net Tech Ltd and its affiliates against claims arising from your use of the Services, your Customer Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of laws or third-party rights.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately where Terms are breached, security threats arise, abuse is detected, or payments fail. Following termination, access may cease immediately, data may be deleted after a retention period, and outstanding fees remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
